Pongathon 2012
If you're into ping pong, why don't you check out this month's Pongathon at Shoreditch's Richmix? The event is an official attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most players in a non-stop rally.
The current record is held by Shanghai's Cao Yanhua table tennis training school, who won the accolade in 2010.
The organisers of the event, which takes place on 24 October, need to recruit as many people as possible, so head to www.facebook.com/pongathon to find out how to join the 'social playground of art, design, music and ping pong innovations' DJs include Ronnie Joice, Alex Gromadzki and Right Click Save As and there is live visual art from Coco.
Diversity training for teachers
