After a successful debut night last month GaydarGirls new club night Pulse is back.

Last time the singer and DJ Skin was the star attraction at the event, which attracted over 300 sexy girls and their friends to Gaydar’s very own club Lo-Profile in Soho.

The former Skunk Anansie vocalist enjoyed her first Pulse experience so much, she’s coming back for more.

“By the end of her set Skin was more than pleased with herself,” said Pulse promoter Margaret Tapping.

“I could see she was having a great time. Mind you that might have been because of all the girls trying to get her attention!” she adds.

“But she asked if I would have her back for the next one, so we’re really pleased.”

Despite many lesbian spaces under threat at the moment, there was no shortage of sexy girls at the first outing.

“The first Pulse was amazing, a full house with over 300 girls, they arrived early and stayed late,” says Margaret.

“There were smiles on their faces and hands in the air, the drinks were flowing and the dance floor was packed for start to finish.

“The next one promises to be even bigger and better,” she adds.

Skin will be DJing under her new name ‘Skin presents Pigfoot Jungle!’ on 18 September, with a eclectic set of rock, pop, indie rock and a bit of ‘old skool’.

Joining Skin on the night will be the amazing Miss Bailey (Sunday Happy Days), who’ll be playing funky vocal house, as well as Kath Harding, who co-runs her own uber-cool monthly east London club night Wish, who will be spinning minimal techno.

“All 3 DJs are amazing with their own style and sound, so there’s something for everyone!” says Margaret.

As well an array of the finest lesbian DJs mixing up the best music, there’s also a happy hour from 9-10pm, where drinks are buy one get one free!
