Joanovarc were founded in late 2004 by sisters Samantha and Shelley Walker. On an ongoing search to find the missing link to create the best female band in the UK, they were lucky enough to meet Debbie Wildish a very talented dynamic drummer at Backstreet Studios in London.

Debbie had moved to London from Colchester with the drive to fulfil her dream of becoming a successful pro drummer on the lookout for other musicians with the same ambition.
