About g3:

The publication now has a print run of 40,000 [estimated readership x 3.5 = 140,000]. g3 was launched in 2001 with a circulation of 5,000. Within 5 years this had increased by 600%, proving that there is a high demand for the product from both a readership and a commercial point of view. 

g3 is now available to download or view instantly online at www.g3mag.co.uk, this has increased our readership and each month we are experiencing a higher number of readers through this method.

Editorial content includes celebrity interviews, cutting-edge features, previews, reviews and listings (g3is often referred to as the gay version of Time Out). g3 contains regular sections on travel, music + film, the arts, bars + clubs, leisure, community, fashion, health + fitness, property and sales, plus our all new legal section.

g3 is a full-colour, glossy A4 publication, 90gsm stock, 96-112pgs. The magazine is available during the 1st week of each month from various nationwide distribution outlets including; gay women’s bars/clubs, mixed bars/clubs, bookshops, theatres, cinemas, cafés, art spaces, community groups/charitable organisations and libraries. 65% of the readership is made up of London-based gay and bisexual women aged 18-40 years with no dependents and high disposable incomes. On average gay women earn £3,000pa more than their gay male counterparts. (MAPS Pink Pound Survey 1998)

94% regularly use the internet, 60% spend the majority of their disposable incomes on socialising and entertainment, 75% Holiday overseas 2-3 times/year, 97% visit arts/cultural events at least once a month. The average age is 32 years and our readership's average wage is £32,704.

When supplying artwork, digital files should be generated at 300dpi and be composite CMYK.We accept TIFFs, JPEG’s saved at ‘maximum quality’, and PDF’s at 300dpi (full page inc 5mm bleed). Quark Xpress files are also accepted if supplied with all images and screen & printer fonts. You can email files to us or we can accept artwork on CD.
